April 1st, 2009

I miss the scent of your hair
twirled and wrapped around your skinny fingers
you gave me a look of disappointment with those
two GIANT swimming pool eyes, but i just brushed it off like
it's another 12:30 am brawl on a long distance land line.
i could try and crack a couple of jokes, but i doubt you would laugh anyway.
this is closure? i guess so.
the boy draped his head downward to stare at the dirt for hours,
The last and only time i felt closure was when YOUR legs were wrapped around MY waist.
have your fun, take your time, I'll wait forever

Comments: Ultravisitor is an album by jazz musician and drum and bass artist Tom Jenkinson, known by his recording alias Squarepusher. It was released March 8, 2004 by Warp Records

Ultravisitor incorporates many of the various musical styles exhibited by Jenkinson on his previous albums, including drum and bass and acid techno, jazz fusion, and electronic noise. A few of the tracks feature layered Spanish guitar, or filtered bass guitar. Many of the tracks have samples of an audience, blurring the lines between live performance and studio performance.

Tom Jenkinson has stated that "Ultravisitor is my spectacle of beauty and of terror. It is unknowable, and will never be understood by anybody, least of all its creator."

2.
Artist: Aphex Twin
Song Title: Xtal
Album: Selected Ambient Works 85–92
Released; February 12, 1992

James under his pseudonym of Aphex Twin. It is his third release under this alias. It was released in 1992 on the Belgian techno label R&S Records. There was a digitally remastered re-release in 2008, and an analogue remaster in 2006.

3.
Artist: Pan Sonic
Song Title: Lahetys / Transmission
Album: Katodivaihe
Released; 2007
Sounds Like/Genre: Formed in 1993 as a techno group, with extra member Sami Salo (who later left the group), they moved to operate from a base in Barcelona to escape the long Finnish winters. At the moment Mika Vainio lives in Berlin, with Ilpo Väisänen still in Barcelona. Their first 12" was released on Finland's Sähkö Recordings.
Originally, the band was called Panasonic, but the corporation of the same name discovered this and threatened with legal action unless it was changed.
